Anup Vyas LLB (Hons) (Senior Director)

Main area of work: Civil and Commercial Litigation and Commercial Property

Anup Vyas qualified and trained with one of the pre eminent commercial and litigation law firms in the City of London. He initially practiced in the area of commercial litigation dealing with large scale commercial, contractual and shareholder disputes. Later on, he was appointed as a General Counsel by the UK branch of a US investment bank where he gained considerable international experience.

In 1998, Anup co founded Vyman Solicitors and his practice now includes a wide range of commercial litigation cases and property and business transactions.

Gurnam Mander LLB (Hons) (Senior Director)

Gurnam heads our criminal team based at the Gravesend office.

Jeremy Berg LLB (Hons) (Director)

Main area of work: Civil and Commercial Litigation

Jeremy began his career by training at Gouldens in the City of London. Upon qualifying he moved to another well established City firm, Holman Fenwick & Willan and has spent a total of over 10 years in City practices before joining Vyman in 2004.

He has experience in a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters ranging from Employment Disputes, Contractual Disputes, Torts, Professional negligence, Property disputes, Insolvency, International disputes, Copyrights and Intellectual Property, arbitrations, mediations and matters requiring urgent applications for injunctive relief.

Victoria Hart LLB (Hons) (Solicitor)

Victoria is part of our criminal team based at the Gravesend office.

Mandeep Johal LLB (Hons.) (Solicitor)

Area of work: Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property

Mandeep qualified in November 2004 with Vyman and now is the Head of the Residential Property Team and has acted for a number of clients with a portfolio of properties.

Prior to commencing her legal career with Vyman Mandeep worked in a number of Government departments including the Department of Trade and Industry and the Treasury.

Mandeep joined Vyman in June 2002 where she undertook her training contract under the supervision of the senior director, Anup Vyas, and successfully won the High Court case of Mehra-v- Shah and others.

Her experience covers many legal areas including, in particular, insolvency, civil litigation, residential property and commercial property.
